Continuing its automation project TAY has implemented an online task management and employee attendance management application in July 2021. Tasks are assigned to staff members and managed online, employees get access to their attendance sign in/out facility and their assignments right on their smartphones. 

Previously TAY has successfully implemented an audit software in July 2018. Implementation of the software and the subsequent automation of its task management and attendance activites helped us realize our paperless office ambition. Besides, the automation provided significant capacity to enhance audit quality and customer service standard. The audit software helps us to ensure compliance with the International Standards on Auditing (ISA), to modernize our risk assessment and audit planning, to document audit files electronically, last but not least it laid ground for further deployment of available technologies.
