Phase one of TAY internship is completed after the one month virtual training. We used an online exam and attendance to filter interns for Phase Two. The successful interns are selected for Phase Two to continue on the job training for two months. To begin their two months training they arrived today at our office and signed internship contract. #internship #training #job”
