As part of our effort to render quality audit service to our clients, it is the policy of our firm to recruit competent manpower with the required academic background. In this connection all of our employees have acquired their first degree in Accounting from recognized universities in the country and they are either member of ACCA (UK) or currently active student of ACCA to obtain their professional qualification from ACCA – UK.

Our company covers 100% of their tuition fee and study material cost. We also make additional salary increments as an incentive for employees who have scored a pass mark. We have also training program for our employees to enable them familiarize with current professional and other issues that we need them to be familiarize with.
